Banjos is a small Northamptonshire catering company providing a high quality, efficient, personal service; each order being tailored to the client's specific requirements.
Owned by Janice Hilton who has over 22 years experience in the catering industry and is passionate about fresh produce and strives to support local suppliers. All ingredients are fresh and sourced locally where possible, ensuring high quality and great taste.
Banjos started as a sandwich bar and coffee shop in 1988 in York Road, Northampton. The concept was to choose from the ingredients displayed to make your own choice of sandwich filling. We also started catering for outside events, which grew and 16 years later we had to find new premises to operate from, moving to Moulton Park in 2004. This was a sad decision to lose the coffee shop; however, when choosing our new logo we decided on the flowered wallpaper from the York Road business.
