Cooking uniquely with wood and charcoal since 1997, Blistering have developed a scorching reputation for original and delicious cooking for anything from the cosiest country wedding or stand-out birthday party to memorable corporate events and family fun days for as many as 15,000 guests.
Our own Blistering barbecues and spectacular terracotta wood-fired ovens offer a theatrical backdrop to any event - an atmosphere to really get the party started. Each menu is an innovation tailored carefully to each event and grilled and roasted onsite by our highly experienced team of chefs.
