Catering By Clarkes is led by Mark Clarke, who trained under Anthony Worrall Thompson and Brian Turner. Mark was one of the first chefs to cook live on QVC's In the Kitchen bringing a new concept to cookware demonstrations. Mark has worked at a variety of famous hotels and restaurants including, The Ritz, 190 Queensgate, The Dorchester & The Athenaeum. Mark also has extensive in-house and outside catering experience. He has worked for a variety of businesses and individuals covering various events and functions.
