About the Business
We are proud to say that our food is all homemade. We care how and where the food we use is produced. We have a passion for good food and want you to experience this too. We use free range meats wherever possible, fresh fish - never frozen and only ever free range eggs from Mentmore in Bucks.
We insist on supporting our local suppliers as well as important Fair-trade initiatives. Our lamb and pork are free range and sourced from Stockings Farm in Coleshill. The beef we use comes from grass-fed Aberdeen Angus cattle in Scotland and our free range chicken originates from Norfolk and is farm/red tractor assured. The salmon and smoked salmon is Scottish, the Oysters come from Essex, Haddock and Cod are fished in the North Altlantic and the Sea Bass is from East Sussex. Our coffee & mints are supplied by Traidcraft.
As a fully trained Patissier and cake decorator our chef is able to produce a unique dessert range to add style and interest to any meal.
