We are a family business providing high quality outside catering to our clients around Llandudno and the North Wales coast. Helen Mountain is holder of the coveted Cordon Bleu Diploma which she was awarded in 1983 from the Cordon Bleu Cookery School in London. Danny Mountain was classically trained as a chef at several prestigious hotels around the country including the 5* Ritz Hotel in London. Together we have over 50 years of experience in all aspects of the catering trade.
This enables us to help you create the perfect occasion. Whether it is a family celebration, wedding, Christening, funeral or corporate function we will discreetly and efficiently ensure that your event is a complete success. We believe passionately that food must be fresh, of the best quality and as often as possible locally produced. We always try to use seasonal ingredients at their peak.
