About the Business
Various individual Sweet and savoury products are offered - from intricate petits fours, lemon tarts, chocolate mousse, ganache, hand-made ice cream and sorbets, to blinis, brioches, croissants and quiches. Increasing demand led Prosper to expand the business in 1998 and it has grown from being a successful kosher patisserie into a very successful commercial catering operation too. We have also found ourselves supplying quite a few celebrities, politicians and large London hotels with our deserts and breads.
People really seem to appreciate the quality of our products and are willing to pay for this on a large scale. To cater for this increase and diversification separate larger premises were found and a full working kitchen was installed with cold storage, cooking ranges, combi oven and a Robot Coupe commercial food processor.
