Barbecue Caterers

A well cooked barbecue is a thing of beauty. Good quality charcoal gives flavours rivalled by few other methods of cooking. Enjoy the spectacle of the fiery, smoky haze that surrounds a chef as he carefully turns precisely laid out rows of local sausages, homemade burgers, marinated chicken and fresh seafood. We agree, gas is easy to cook on, more controllable and far easier to clean up afterwards but the cost is too dear – losing that genuine smoky flavour that can only be achieved through charcoal (and the occasional handful of slightly damp applewood smoking chips). We have 3 golden rules – 1. nothing gets burnt 2. Meat, fish and vegetables are cooked to perfection and 3. flavour is king.

Hog Roast Catering

We cook our hogs differently to most: using a combination of traditional smoking methods with modern hog roasting equipment which gives us accurate cooking times, safe and hygienic food and incredible smoky and tender pork with tons of perfect crackling. Our pigs all come from Sussex farms so they’re guaranteed free range and have all lived a happy live!

We have also learned over the years that the fun doesn’t have to stop with the pork… you can choose to have your pork served in a variety of breads including brioche buns, ciabatta, foccacia, wraps or a mixture of them all! We have a huge list of accompaniments and salads to choose from to compliment your meat, just get in touch and for our menus.

Weddings

Modern, Original, Relaxed. That’s how we are… So that’s how your event will be. We only take one job per week – guaranteed. You will have Olivia or Aaron (or both) at your event. This ensures our focus is yours from start to finish.
