About the Business
Entrepreneurs Lisa & Philip Robertson have over 40 years collective experience in the catering and hospitality industry. Just over two decades ago they started and successfully built up one of Kents largest catering businesses. They were approached and presented with a generous offer for the business, reflecting their hard work and achievement, which they could not refuse.
Dukes Roasters started some 10 years ago as a sibling to their larger company, concentrating on the perfection of Spit-Roasting of meats and poultry and which is experiencing the same level of success.
