About the Business
Emerald Catering is based in Kirkcaldy, Fife and was started by myself after seeing a niche in the market for private dining.
After many years working behind the scenes in fine country house hotels throughout the UK, it is nice to be familiar with clients and bring some of the cuilinary delights to your home or business. The food for any occasion is sourced, prepared, cooked, delivered and presented by myself, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and flavour.
Private dining is not our sole market, it can be a champagne / canape reception, hot or cold buffet, tapas evening, afternoon tea, business breakfast, christening, funeral, birthday, barbecue or just any excuse to eat innovative and imaginatively cooked food.
