About the Business
Ginny's passion for good food began during a year spent cooking in the French Alps and Tuscany, followed by five years as catering manager of The Sanctuary Health Club in London's Covent Garden. She gained invaluable experience working for several top London based corporate and hospitality caterers. Ginny Lyons Catering started up in South London in 2000 and with a life-style move, the business was relocated to Exeter, her home city, in 2002.
Ginny rapidly built up an enviable client base entirely by word of mouth. Clients include Lady Devon of Powderham Castle, Michelmores Solicitors, Exeter Friendly Society and The Midas Group. To reflect this success, the business became a limited company in 2007.
