Premier Hog Roast is a family firm with an expertise in roasting hogs, lamb and beef. Our hogs and meats are all free range and sourced from one of the finest and most reputable butcher in Warwickshire. We take great care and pride in both preparation and cooking, and our customer service is second to none.

The hogs are rubbed with a salt and virgin olive oil mix, before being slowly roasted, to give delicious, succulent meat, along with crispy, golden crackling, and served with our own sage and onion stuffing, on freshly baked rolls. We then top it off with a wonderful Bramley apple sauce.

We cater for parties of all sizes, and events, and our prices highly competitive. We also provide a selection of canapes/salads/sides & desserts to make your meal complete. The setting up, and clearing up, is all part of the service, so you can enjoy your event – and our meat.
