About the Business
My catering career started by working for a five star hotel chain in London in all areas of the hotel and so gained a huge knowledge about customer service as well as preparing, serving and presenting food. My passion for food grew as I experienced different cuisines from around the world. My belief in food is that good food should be available for everyone and so I decided to set up my own catering business 10 years ago as well as another company where I teach children and adults how to cook simple but delicious food.
I was also won my heat for the North West in Britain's Best Dish for my starter. All the recipes I use are tried and tested and are made from fresh local ingredients. Because I make all my dishes from scratch, I can be competitive on prices and so offer bespoke buffets for various budgets, tastes and diets. I have provided the catering for the Summer Ball for a local school. The venue was in a marquee and the food was a 3 course sit down meal.
