Paul first trained in large corporate city based directors and partners kitchens when he was younger in London! Learning to cook in a range of foods!
Then mentored to lead and organising as a chef in modern plated cuisine! Paul has also had the honor of the creation and production of canapes, buffets, small private parties, fine dinning functions, large catering events, weddings; and the everyday running of good restaurants, to Menus design.
