About the Business
Mange Bien was formed in June 2006 to cater for people who demand excellent food and friendly personal service but without silly prices and being tied down to menus and other constraints. We have built up a portfolio of corporate and private clients each with their own indivdual tailored menus and arrangements. Our chefs have top international and London restaurant experience and we have a professional front of house team. Everything starts with a blank page and finshes in the exact delivery of your vision.
We source ingredients from a variety of suppliers who all have proven track records in selling top quality produce. Our butchers and fishmongers have been in business for well over 50 years and can trace the provenance of everything they supply. We always use what is in season and build menus accordingly. We will use organic produce where we can but if non organic is of better quality then we go for quality every time.
