Director and Executive Chef Dave J Brown, nicknamed 'Merlin' because of his wizardry in the kitchen, is classically-trained with thirty years of experience under his chef's hat. His skill to deliver exceptionally high standards of catering in a variety of locations, have gained Merlins a reputation for constantly exceeding customer expectations. Strong on ethics, we are proud to be in association with fine local producers, using only free-range meats and eggs and a large supply of organic ingredients. We love surprising our vegetarian clients and those with special dietary requests with innovative, thoughtful dishes.
