About the Business
MJT Catering was formed in February 2009. All senior staff have experience in the hotel and restaurant sector, which, we feel sets us apart from other hog roast companies. Having culinary experience allows us to be flexible enough to deal with any special requirements that our customers may have. We apply the same efforts and attention to detail to our hog roasts as we would a meal served in a restaurant.
We use Blythburgh Free Range Pork for our hog roasts so that we can be sure the end result is consistently brilliant. In the event of a customer requesting a smaller pig, we would still use outdoor bred, so we can be sure welfare has been considered. The bread rolls we use for the hog roast are baked daily by Hyams bakery in Brandon, Suffolk. The relationship we have with our bread and pork suppliers are integral to the final product. We stay busy because of the quality ingredients they provide us with, which, in turn keeps them busy- everyone's happy!
