About the Business
We are an independent buffet company situated in the heart of Cardiff that has quickly built a reputation for excellent quality, attention to detail and outstanding service.
We don't serve packaged bite size snacks or tired sandwiches and we make sure that everything we offer can be prepared just a couple of hours before delivery to keep things really fresh, and that is what we hear most about our buffets, they are tasty, fresh and imaginative.
We feel that food is often produced by people who really don't appreciate food, or know their sun dried tomato from their sun blush tomato. However, we think it is important, even if you make a cheese sandwich that you care about the ingredients and know when to add the farmhouse pickle or caramelised onion chutney, and when to keep it simple.
