The Standard Platter: Consists of tastefully presented freshly prepared food on a quality disposable plastic platter complete with hard hygienic cover. The De-Luxe Platter: Designed to impress or for board room meetings and consists of tastefully presented freshly prepared food on a silver salver with an additional garnish of tropical and local fruits. All covered with a cling film cover for delivery.
Non disposable silver salvers must be available for collection, free from food debris, the day following delivery.
