About the Business
Richard has always been very passionate about cooking; as a child at home, school and then college, where he qualified as a chef and began his culinary journey. His grounding started in various four and five star Hotels in London, followed by restaurants, a three year spell abroad in Spain before returning to work in the Directors dining rooms of several Blue Chip companies. During this time 3 Gold medals and a bronze were won at the prestigious Hotelympia Exhibition. With the knowledge gleaned from all these years and the very different establishments, styles and types of food encountered, it was time for a personal venture and out of Essex came 'Reem Catering'.
