Sizzling hog roast was established in 2003. 2 Hog Roast cooked on site and served hot, with Sage & onion stuffing, apple sauce and freshly baked bread rolls. 3 Food safety certificate, public liability insurance, registered caterers with local council. Food hygiene rating 5 star very good. HACCP-Based Standard Operating Procedures. 4 Locally sourced produce, All our meat comes from farms that follow best practice guidelines from the meat and Livestock Commission. 5 We aim to give you full satisfaction from the initial enquire ( always happy to answer questions and talk hog Roasting ) to the day of the event. 6 Freshly made salads and mouth watering desserts and canapés. 7 Good value for money. We will endeavour to make a catering package to suit your budget. 8 Our Hog roast ovens are CE marked. Made from Catering quality stainless steel and have a Glass window for viewing the hog roast while cooking.
