About the Business
For the company to be a success I have had to dedicate a number of years in study to obtain the correct qualifications to offer the best service to my clients. For three years I studied and obtained a Higher Diploma at Birmingham College of Food. Following this achievement I then gained a Diploma from the renowned Cordon Bleu Cooking School in London.
Having achieved the educational accolades I then gained a vast amount of experience in outside catering with prestigious companies. To offer my clients the best service possible I firmly believe in personal attention to every event, attention to detail to every product and an efficient and reliable service will result in growing the business long term and providing my clients with a positive experience from their time working with Sue Lowry Outside Catering.
