About the Business
Our head caterer has over 40 years experience of cooking Caribbean food and more than a decade in the catering industry in the United Kingdom. We pride ourselves on a professional service with a personal touch, offering our clients as much or as little guidance depending on their needs. We provide a full range of culinary services ranging from table service to buffets, to simply providing the food.
Our friendly professional staff are on hand to provide table or buffet service as required. We also provide a clear up and cleaning service if needed. Each of our events are assigned a project manager who is your first port of call from the initial concept stage of your event, to the lights are out.
