We would love to assist you in planning your special day. We can ensure a high quality indoor or outdoor served food followed by a professional and friendly service.
- Whole British Free Range Hog;
- Freshly baked soft white bread rolls;
- (Secret) marinade sauce & apple sauce;
- Roasted potatoes with rosemary and garlic;
- Olive & feta green salad;
- Rocket & parmesan and goats cheese (balsamic dressing);
- Creamy new baby potato salad (contains mayonnaise);
- China plates ,knife,fork & napkins (optional should required);
- 1 Chef's + Assistant to cook, carve and serve (from roast machine).
