About the Business
Having spent over twenty years in the food industry developing key supermarket brands for example Finest* and with some of best known celebrity chefs including Rick Stein I wanted to use the same passion and product ethos with yacht catering. All of my team have been selected for their individual skills and most are keen sailors which ensures the menus, food and service always meets the needs of the clients.
We always use the finest quality fresh ingredients in all our dishes. I work very closely with suppliers who play a large part in delivering high standards in food quality.
