About the Business
Tom began his career working with chef and award-winning food writer, Sybil Kapoor. In 1984, Tom became head chef at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and was responsible for exhibition launch parties and banqueting for eminent guests such as Princess Michael of Kent and Sir Roy Strong. Throughout the latter part of the 1980s, both Tom and Yvonne ran kitchens for prestigious companies like Saachi & Saachi and provided hospitality for their equally prestigious guests, such as Richard Branson. Clients from that time included UBS, Saudi Bank International, Savills and Consolidated Goldfields.
Since joining forces as Tourelle Cuisine, We have served a diverse range of clients, encompassing corporate hospitality, TV location work, in-house catering, and their speciality, marquee weddings.
