About the Business
We're passionate about paella and we specialise in authentic tapas and paella catering for every occasion: weddings, parties and events. We've been cooking Spanish food for over 10 years at our beautiful Finca Los Chispos in Murcia where we cook our paellas over wood from the orange and lemon orchard. Our ethos is simple - we use the freshest, finest produce in all our paella catering.
Ingredients always come first with us: our fresh produce is from local, ethical suppliers; our rice from the Calasparra region of Murcia; and our sweet paprika gets its deep flavour from smoking the capsicums over oak fires.
